Born in Dominican Republic and growing up in New York, Evelyn discovered her love, passion and a healthy palate for good food from a very young age. With a hands on mom who enjoyed her kitchen, Evelyn and her siblings ate healthy clean home cooked meals daily. At her home, dinner was an intricate part of building the family foundation by sharing and reflecting on the day.
As a young lady growing up in Manhattan she worked in fashion for 10 years but food and service was always calling. Her first restaurant job led to where she is today. The ability to create a company that leads with love for healthy foods. Based on more then 15 year experience in hospitality.
